He went on to launch Permit Solutions, a permit expediting service, where he saw property owners, contractors, and agents repeatedly blindsided by hidden liens, unresolved violations, and unpermitted work—often too late.

That gap led to the creation of PermitLens.ai, originally built as internal technology to manage permits across jurisdictions, now evolved into a SaaS platform. MyHausFax™ is the consumer-facing extension—delivering the intelligence layer needed before any real estate decision is made.
