What happens after you pay?+
Payment runs through Stripe with card or crypto options. After a successful checkout, MyHausFax brings you back to the report workspace tied to the address or folio you selected.
Report access
Most reports open immediately after payment. If a source is slow, the report stays saved to your account while it finishes.
Guidance delivery
Property Check + Guidance starts the AI review from the paid report. It usually finishes in a few minutes; complex reports can take longer.

Email hello@myhausfax.com with the property address or folio. We use that to find the report and payment quickly.
Refunds and cancellations
You can cancel before paying in Stripe. After payment, delivered reports and AI guidance are generally not refundable because digital access starts right away.
We will refund or fix duplicate charges, checkout errors, or cases where we cannot deliver the purchased report. Fix-It deposits can be canceled before scoping or vendor coordination begins; after work starts, unused deposit amounts are handled case by case.
Priority email support with a first-response target of one business day. Guidance is based on the report and does not replace legal, title, contractor, or municipal advice.

If payment succeeds but access does not update, contact support with the Stripe receipt email and we will reconcile it.
