Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MyHausFax™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service Description
MyHausFax™ provides property intelligence reports across supported regions using available records and platform analysis. Reports are provided for informational purposes only.
No Professional Advice
MyHausFax™ is not a substitute for legal, financial, tax, real estate, title, or other professional advice, and is not a replacement for professional due diligence. You should consult a licensed professional before making any decision based on information in a report. Nothing on this platform constitutes an attorney-client, broker-client, or fiduciary relationship.
Not Title Insurance or a Municipal Lien Certificate
Reports, AI analysis, and Fix-It Deposit support are not title insurance, a title commitment, an official municipal lien search certificate, a tax payoff, an estoppel, or a guarantee that a property is free of liens, violations, assessments, utility balances, permit issues, or title defects. You are responsible for obtaining official letters, payoff statements, title commitments, insurance, and professional advice where required.
Accuracy Disclaimer
MyHausFax™makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or availability of any data, report, or content made available through the service. Data is aggregated from multiple sources and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. All information is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind.
Data Freshness
Public-record systems update on different schedules and may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or inconsistent. A timestamp, coverage status, or confidence rating in a report reflects the most recent platform lookup or cached record available to us; it does not guarantee that the issuing authority has no newer record.
Purchases, Upgrades, and Refunds
Public report tiers are one-time purchases for the specific folio or report context purchased. Upgrades apply only to that report unless the checkout page states otherwise. You may cancel before submitting payment in Stripe. Because reports and AI analysis expose digital information immediately after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once a report, analysis, or support workspace is delivered, except where required by law or whereMyHausFax™ determines that a duplicate charge, checkout error, or failed fulfillment occurred.
Fix-It Deposit Terms
The Fix-It Deposit tier is a coordination and scoping deposit for the purchased report. It is not a fixed-price repair contract and does not include contractor labor, permit fees, authority fees, recording fees, fines, taxes, engineering, legal services, or third party costs unless separately agreed in writing. Any final scope, timeline, and cost estimate depends on the authority, vendor, and property facts discovered during review.
A Fix-It Deposit may be canceled before scoping or vendor coordination begins. After work starts, any unused deposit amount is reviewed case by case.
Support Expectations
Property Check + Guidance includes priority email support with a first-response target of one business day. Fix-It Deposit purchases include case review and an initial contact target of one business day to confirm scope. These are response targets, not guarantees of authority, contractor, permit, inspection, recording, payoff, or resolution timelines.
Use at Your Own Risk
Your use of MyHausFax™ and any reliance on the data, reports, or content provided is entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyHausFax™, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, property damage, or any other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
